Delivery Times
When you place an order on our store, it is shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team.
Please note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers’ warehouses and their handover to the carrier. This does not include the actual delivery time, which may take 7 to 14 business days.
If you are located outside of Europe, please allow a few additional days before receiving your item.
While 95% of our parcels are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages due to high demand, weather conditions, etc.).

Important Notes
When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers will be involved.
Additionally, to avoid high shipping costs due to package weight, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
It is therefore perfectly normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
