It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions exclusively govern sales via the PetzZILLA website.

These terms apply to consumers who have full legal capacity. They apply to all orders placed on this website.

PetzZILLA is not the manufacturer of the goods offered for sale. The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) are based on information provided by the supplier. Nevertheless, PetzZILLA complies with current quality and manufacturing standards.

If the product and/or characteristics do not match the product received by the customer, please refer to our Refund Policy on the PetzZILLA website.

These general terms are presented in the French language.

Section 1 – Steps to Follow for Concluding the Contract Online

Order

You make your selection by browsing our website. Your selections are added to your cart when you click "Add to Cart." At any point, you may confirm your order by clicking "Checkout."

Contract Validation
When you click "Checkout," a confirmation message appears, summarizing all selected products and options. On this page, you may update your cart, adjust quantities, remove items, or proceed by ticking the boxes "I accept the Terms & Conditions" and "Secure Payment."

You must verify that all order information is correct, especially the details required for delivery (address, entry code, phone numbers, etc.).

If no changes are needed, click "Continue to Shipping Method," then "Continue to Payment Method," and finally "Place Order."

Once payment is made on our secure server (see “Payment”), an acknowledgment will be displayed, confirming your order registration. You will also receive an email confirmation.

If a risk arises regarding product availability, we reserve the right to refuse orders of the same item exceeding a quantity of 100.

Technical Means of Identifying and Correcting Errors
You may identify and correct errors at any time during data entry. If you notice an error after concluding the contract, you must contact us immediately.

Section 2 – Archiving and Access to the Contract

We will archive contracts, order forms, and invoices on a reliable and durable medium.
You have the right to access these documents for orders of €120 or more.

Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Guarantees

Legal Guarantees
In accordance with applicable laws on product conformity and hidden defects (see Annex 1), we will refund, repair, or exchange any product that is defective, damaged, or not as described in your order.

We will also refund the full return costs upon presentation of proof (photo, video, etc.).

Liability
We are responsible for the proper execution of these terms and conditions. However, our liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable third-party events, or non-compliance with foreign legislation in the event of delivery outside France.

Section 4 – Delivery Terms, Costs, and Times

Delivery Terms
Products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form.

Delivery Times
We will deliver no later than the date indicated in the order confirmation email (17–21 business days).

Delivery Costs
Costs vary depending on the product.

Delivery Tracking
You may contact us by email for any delivery-related questions. We also offer an “Order Notification” service with real-time updates every 2 days on average.

Section 5 – Price

Prices are in euros, VAT included.
Please verify the import and use regulations of the ordered products in your country.

Section 6 – Payment Terms and Security

We only charge payment at the time of shipment, unless payment is processed at contract conclusion.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other CB cards) via Stripe secure servers.

Security:
We use SSL encryption to protect your payment details and do not store credit card numbers.

Section 7 – Satisfaction or Refund / Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty (return costs remain your responsibility). Refund will be made within 30 days.

Exclusions: custom-made products, unsealed audio/video/software products.

Section 8 – Duration of Contract and Price Validity

Products remain the property of PetzZILLA until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe.
Offers are valid within the limits of stock availability and as long as they are displayed on the website.

Section 9 – Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

We collect your personal information for order management and customer relations.

Section 12 – Supplier & Store Owner Agreement

This store operates under a dropshipping arrangement: the store owner acts as an intermediary, forwarding customer orders to the supplier, who ships products directly to the customer.
