Return policies

Preamble

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should preferably be in its original packaging.

The above admission will differ if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, please follow the procedure described in the Exchanges section below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In your email, please include your order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items). Send your item to the address indicated on your package’s label.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
